Renault Master 2027: What will the new generation be like in South America

Renault is moving forward with the development of the new generation of the Master in South America. The utility vehicle was detected in Brazil during tests, without camouflage and with visible details

of its redesign.

As reported by the specialized media outlet Autos Segredos, the model will be produced in that country and its regional launch is scheduled between the end of 2026 and the beginning of 2027.

According to Autos Segredos, production would begin between late 2026 and early 2027. Later, the Renault Master would reach the Argentine market to replace the current model.

What is the new exterior design of the Renault Master

The utility vehicle has a completely renewed front compared to the current generation. It incorporates rectangular optics with a downward extension of the daytime LED lights

It also has a large grill with vertical bars and a gray ribbon that crosses the brand's diamond. The new generation will be available in different configurations:

• Chassis cab

Minibus

with changes in design and technology. Although it was not shown in

the images released, the cabin will have a redesign with horizontal lines. A floating type multimedia screen will be highlighted

In addition, the gear lever will be located in a raised position, different from the

current model.

What engine will the new Renault Master

have

According to Autos Segredos, the mechanics would also have modifications.

The model would upgrade from the current 2.3 turbodiesel with 136 hp and 360 Nm to a new 2.0 DCi engine.

This engine would deliver 170 hp and 380 Nm and would be associated with two transmission options:

• Six-speed manual transmission Nine-speed

• automatic transmission

The European reference and the possible electric version The

new generation was previously presented in Europe, where it also has electric versions with

different power levels.

For the time being, there is no confirmation of the incorporation of these variants in the offer destined for South America.
