Alessandro Bastoni has been summoned by the Milan Prosecutor's Office as part of an investigation into an alleged network that organized meetings with minors. The defender denied the accusations through his lawyer and will have to testify in the coming days
Italian football was once again shaken by an alarming episode: an investigation by the Milan Prosecutor's Office into an alleged child prostitution network linked to an agency that organized meetings for high-net-worth clients has, for the first time, reached a player from Serie A. This involves Alessandro Bastoni, defender for Inter Milan, who has been summoned to testify in the case and denies having had sexual relations with a minor.
The case, reported by Italian media such as La Gazzetta dello Sport and SportMediaset, points to the agency Made, based in Cinisello Balsamo, which allegedly coordinated dinners, private parties, and meetings for athletes and businessmen. Among the evidence gathered by the Prosecutor's Office are intercepted conversations between Bastoni and Antonio Salamone, an employee of the agency.

According to the documentation published by the Italian press, the events under investigation date back to 2020, when Bastoni was 21 years old and the young woman involved was 17. In the chats included in the case, Salamone allegedly informed the footballer that the teenager was willing to engage in sexual relations and subsequently, they exchanged messages about organizing the meeting.
The investigation, led by prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro and deputy prosecutor Bruna Albertini, seeks to determine what occurred during those meetings and establish whether there was any kind of payment to a minor. According to SportMediaset, Bastoni has been formally notified and must appear before the Prosecutor's Office next Friday, July 3.
For her part, the young woman involved testified as a witness days earlier and, according to Italian media, stated that she did not have sexual relations with the Inter defender. This version will be contrasted with the rest of the evidence gathered during the investigation.

In parallel, the footballer's defense rejected the accusations. His lawyer, Salvatore Scuto, told the AGI agency: “My client denies having had sexual relations with a minor. The summons to appear on Friday is anonymous; we know nothing about the investigation. We will decide whether to respond to the prosecutor or not.” Additionally, in statements reported by SportMediaset, he added: "I can rule out the possibility that my client had sexual relations in exchange for money, much less with minors.”
The investigation has also reached other footballers mentioned in the intercepted conversations. Daniel Maldini, Riccardo Calafiori, and Kevin Bonifazihave received notifications to testify as witnesses, although they are not listed as being under investigation. The Prosecutor's Office continues to gather evidence to clarify the functioning of the alleged organization and the responsibilities of each of the individuals involved.
