Gustavo Brandán, Minister of Cooperatives and Mutuals of Córdoba, led the signing of a framework agreement together with the president of Bancor, Raúl Paolasso, and the largest federations. The initiative seeks for Córdoba's cooperatives and mutuals to function as direct links to offer financial products in each locality. Through this alliance, the aim is to decentralize banking services and bring financing solutions to the communities farthest from the provincial capital.
The institutions involved in the signing are FACE, FECESCOR, and FEMUCOR, which structure the public services system throughout the interior. The signed document authorizes local organizations to install ATMs and promote lines of credit for their direct members. This institutional coordination will allow the services of the provincial public bank to reach regional economies efficiently.
The directors Omar Marro, Luis Castillo, and Nora Landart took part in the event, representing the electricity and mutualism sectors of the province. The authorities commit to adapting the measures to the concrete needs of each organization through future specific work agreements. This link strengthens the financial structure of civil entities in order to enhance the comprehensive development of the people connected to the sector.

Expansion of financial services in the interior
Minister Brandán emphasized that the objective is to strengthen Córdoba's associative movement as a key piece for the growth of the entire productive region. "We're moving forward with an important agreement with Bancor to bring the benefits of our provincial bank to every corner of our Córdoba," he stated. The main goal is to ensure that economic growth reaches every corner of the territory through financial tools with real proximity.
Meanwhile, Raúl Paolasso indicated that the agreement will make it possible to work jointly so that banking services expand their service points in Córdoba. The cooperatives will be able to manage banking products, facilitating access to credit without the need for users to travel long distances. This strategy of territorial capillarity seeks to optimize the use of the provincial state's resources in favor of the thousands of members who benefit.
The signing was accompanied by Bancor's general manager, Guillermo Zolezzi, together with Carolina Vaccaro and Diego Yáñez, among other leaders from the associative and provincial spheres. The agreement marks a new stage in which the private non-profit sector collaborates actively with the financial institution to streamline procedures. The implementation of these digital and in-person tools is expected to improve the quality of life of the people of Córdoba who depend on these entities.
