The legal case involving Elías Piccirillo has added a new chapter filled with tension and speculation. The Justice system ordered a key reconstruction of the events related to the alleged “setup” against his former partner, Francisco Hauque, and the operation scheduled for June 10 has already raised strong suspicions within the prosecution.
Currently, Piccirillo is under house arrest in an apartment located in Banfield while the investigation against him progresses. However, the proximity of the judicial procedure date and the start of the World Cup has sparked rumors about a possible procedural benefit for the businessman.
According to reports, the prosecution fears that the operation may be a precursor to a potential judicial nod allowing the ex of Jésica Cirio to participate in the championship freely.

The reconstruction was requested by prosecutor Franco Picardi and has the approval of Judge Ariel Lijo. The procedure will be carried out by the High Complexity Criminalistics Unit of the Argentine Federal Police, which has already warned about the enormous logistics that the deployment will entail.
The judicial simulation will begin at 9 AM and could extend until 11 PM. To carry it out, authorities plan to block at least twelve strategic access points in Puerto Madero, in addition to deploying a significant number of police officers in the area.
One of the most striking aspects of the operation is the need to obtain a vehicle identical to the one used in the case: a 2020 Audi Q8 55 TFSI Tiptronic Quattro.
