The serious traffic accident suffered by Thiago Medina last Friday continues to generate repercussions, not only because of the delicate state of health of the former Gran Hermano participant, but also due to the questions that still surround the case.
In recent hours, after several days of silence, José Fernando Córdoba, the man who was driving the car that collided with Thiago's motorcycle, shared his version of the events.
The information was revealed this Thursday on the program A la Barbarossa (Telefe), where Raúl, the neighbor who assisted Thiago in the first minutes after the accident, said that he managed to speak with Córdoba. According to his account, the driver admits to having made a wrong maneuver, although he claims to have complied with all safety measures.

"He told me that he turned on the lights, that he was summoned to testify, but that the police never came to collect evidence from the scene of the accident," recounted Raúl, who became a key figure for having assisted the 22-year-old when he was seriously injured on the asphalt.
José Fernando Córdoba, identified as the driver of the Chevrolet Corsa that collided with Thiago's motorcycle in Francisco Álvarez, has not yet communicated directly with the young man's family. According to Raúl, the man fears being rejected or suffering reprisals from Medina's circle.
"He has not had contact with either Daniela Celis or Camila Deniz, Thiago's sister. But he asked me to approach them because he knows I spoke with them," explained the neighbor, who appeared moved by the emotional state of the person involved.
"He is very anxious, he has not been able to sleep since the accident occurred. He feels responsible, although he knows it was a tragedy," added Raúl.
According to the police report, the crash occurred at the intersection of San Martín and La Providencia, in the Buenos Aires locality of Moreno. Thiago was riding a Honda motorcycle without a license plate when he crashed into the rear side of the car driven by Córdoba. After the accident, he was urgently transferred to Mariano y Luciano de la Vega Hospital, where he remains hospitalized in intensive care.
The case, classified as "reckless injury", is being investigated by UFI No. 1 of Moreno. Although the driver voluntarily appeared to testify, Thiago's family has not yet officially commented on his statement.
