The dangerous underage criminal identified as Darían Maximiliano G., the same one who murdered two taxi drivers and the gas station attendant Bruno Bussanich in March 2024, was detained again this weekend in the city of Rosario and will remain in preventive detention for two months, according to the court's decision.
The measure was ordered this Monday in a hearing held at the Criminal Justice Center, where the juvenile judge, María Dolores Aguirre Guarrochena, ordered his placement in the Specialized Center for Juvenile Criminal Responsibility.
Background
The killer, who is currently 17 years old, had been involved in one of the most shocking and brutal incidents recorded in the city in 2024.

At 15 years old, his image was disseminated nationally after cold-bloodedly murdering the 25-year-old gas station attendant Bruno Bussanich at a service station located at Mendoza 7600, amid the escalating violence linked to drug trafficking.
Additionally, the minor is also identified as the material author of the murders of taxi drivers Diego Celentano and Héctor Figueroa, which occurred during the same period.
At that time, due to his age, he was not punishable, and the Santa Fe court imposed alternative and protective measures without deprivation of liberty. He was even transferred out of the province as part of those provisions.
