Agustina Kämpfer's unpleasant proposal to Mario Pergolini: 'Do you want to try?'
During the programming of the cycle Another Lost Day, the journalist challenged the host with an unthinkable idea
In a new episode of the series Otro día perdido, an unexpected and shocking moment took place:Mario Pergolini ended up consuming a capsule made with the placenta of Agustina Kämpfer, his guest of the day. Everything started as an informal conversation about alternative therapies, but it ended in a challenge no one saw coming.
During the interview, the journalist spoke naturally about her experience saving the placenta after her son's birth. "When they remove the placenta, you ask the medical team to save it for you. Then another team comes, usually doulas, who prepare it. In my case, they made capsules and mother tincture. I took it a lot during the pandemic," she explained.

Curious, Pergolini wanted to know more about the subject. It was then that Agustina challenged him: "Would you like to try it?" Although at first he was reluctant, recalling that she had already made him drink seawater on another occasion, the host ended up giving in to the game.
With a Matrix-style dynamic, Kämpfer asked him to choose a hand: if he guessed right, he was safe; if not, he had to take the capsule. Mario failed and protested with laughter: "You cheated! I can't take it... I'll take it home and film it," he said. But Agustina did not accept excuses and pressed on with humor.

The situation took an unexpected turn when Marcos Apud, a well-known biohacker, joined in. Without hesitation, he took the capsule with seawater. "I'll take it too then," Mario resigned himself. He followed through.
Far from being an isolated occurrence, Kämpfer explained the benefits that, according to alternative medicine, processed human placenta consumption would have: "The capsules help with episodes of anxiety, distress, and are excellent for going through menopause. I have very few left, I'm saving them," she said.
