Why was Morena Rial detained?

The incident occurred on Tuesday night. According to Pepe Ochoa, the detention took place in Lugano, where police officers stopped several cars for speeding.

Among the vehicles was Morena Rial's, who was traveling with her friend Rosmary, known for being a mai umbanda. Neither of them had the required documentation.

They didn't have the car's paperwork

The vehicle didn't belong to Morena, but to Rosmary. The authorities asked them for the paperwork, but neither had the proper documentation.
