Everything began after journalist Paula Varela stated on Intrusos (América) that there was "tension behind the scenes" between both figures. According to her account, La Joaqui allegedly made a sharp comment to Wanda regarding the messages that the media personality supposedly sent to Enzo Fernández, the Argentine footballer who currently plays for Chelsea.
The rumor quickly spread on social media, and was later echoed by Majo Martino on Sálvese quien pueda (América TV), which further increased speculation. However, Wanda decided to put an end to the story with a forceful message.

Through her X account, the businesswoman quoted the video in which Martino spoke about the supposed conflict and wrote a single word: "Fake".
As brief as it was direct, her post reached thousands of interactions within minutes and was enough to deny the rumors of a feud with the "Muñecas" singer.
"Fake", wrote Wanda, accompanying the post with the television clip in which the scandal was mentioned.
Her followers' reaction was immediate: many celebrated her concise and firm response, while others pointed out that "with one word, she closed the subject".
Meanwhile, La Joaqui also decided to speak out on social media, although she did so with her characteristic sense of humor. On her X account, she shared a meme in which she is seen hugging a dog while, in the background, a car is on fire.
"Me trying to maintain emotional stability and kindness in the virtual world", wrote the artist, who is experiencing a great personal and professional moment alongside her partner, singer Luck Ra.
The message was interpreted as an indirect response to the controversy, without confronting it explicitly, but making her annoyance at the rumors clear.
The host not only denied any conflict with La Joaqui, but also took the opportunity to clarify other rumors about the atmosphere on MasterChef Celebrity.
