Evo Morales Disavowed the Registration of His Subjects in Fpv

The nefarious coca leader indicated that it is just a borrowed acronym.

Former President Evo Morales urged his followers not to register with the party Frente Para la Victoria (FPV), despite having signed an agreement with that political organization. In his radio program, Morales stated that the agreement with the FPV is an "agreement" that only involves the temporary use of the party's acronym.

According to his words, the real plans for his presidential candidacy will be defined in the coming months. He also clarified that the FPV is only a borrowed acronym. This caused great confusion among his followers who were already preparing to do so.

This comment once again reflects the authoritarian and dictatorial character that many attribute to Morales. The former dictator has continuously demonstrated an ability to impose his will on his followers. On some occasions even forcing decisions that favor his personal political interests, regardless of the implications they may have for the country's democratic structure.

He also noted "On Wednesday of this coming week I have a meeting, I am talking by phone with some colleagues and we are going to plan and we are going to surprise the country. March 29, 30, and 31, 2025, will be historic."

The agreement with the FPV had been signed in February, although it was initially not detailed. It was established that Morales would be the only presidential candidate for the 2025 elections. The vice presidency would be decided later, but the important thing was that the former leader's leadership was assured.

In an even more curious twist, the news that Morales formally resigned from MAS on February 27 through a notarial power raised questions about the legality of the process. The notarial power is a procedure that should have been carried out personally before a public notary. But the former dictator obtained it without it being clarified how.

Does Morales still have influence in state institutions?

The fact that Morales could obtain a notarial power without proper supervision has raised doubts about the control he still exerts over state institutions. Apparently, the procedures were expedited, without anyone alerting the relevant authorities, which highlights a lack of transparency in the bureaucratic apparatus.

The process of obtaining a notarial power without the presence of the former leader also exposes how structures loyal to Morales continue to operate in favor of his interests. This fact shows that the influence of the coca leader still permeates the country's judicial and administrative system, generating uncertainty and questions about the real independence of the institutions.

Tensions between Morales and Arce continue to intensify. Recently the former dictator accused the current president of wanting to "steal" the seats of his subjects. Morales continues to attack Arce, claiming that his insistence on running for president is nothing more than a strategy to weaken MAS and favor the opposition. For Morales, the only hope for the right is that he doesn't participate in the 2025 elections.

The fear of a possible capture of Morales by the Bolivian authorities has also been a recurring topic in recent weeks. Morales's followers have expressed their concern about an alleged government plan to hand him over to the United States. For this reason, they constantly protect him.

However, the mobilization of prosecutors and other authorities to the area where Morales is sheltered has alarmed his followers. They consider that the government could be preparing a "trophy" for international justice.

Amid this climate of distrust and tension, Morales has indicated that he leads the polls alongside his false opponent Tuto Quiroga. This way, he shows his intentions to participate in the elections, at any cost. This is a true reflection of the authoritarianism with which he governed the country for more than fourteen years.
