Israel replied forcefully to the Houthi terrorists in Yemen
It was in response to the missile fired on Friday by those criminals toward Israeli territory
The Israeli Air Force launched a series of attacks in Sana'a, the capital of Yemen controlled by the Houthis, on Sunday in response to the missile fired by that militia toward Israeli territory on Friday.
The army confirmed that the bombings hit facilities near the presidential complex, as well as the Asar and Hizaz power plants and sites identified as ballistic missile depots.
According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the presidential palace in the Yemeni capital is located within an area used by the Houthis for military purposes.
The Hizaz and Asar power plants, in addition to supplying electricity to the local population, were reportedly adapted to support the war infrastructure of the Iran-backed organization.

The offensive was supervised from the Air Force Headquarters by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Israel Katz, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, and the Air Force Chief of Staff, General Omer Tishler, according to the Ministry of Defense.
Traditionally, Israeli reprisals against the Houthis had focused on the port of Hodeidah, seeking to paralyze their economic capacity and the flow of weapons.
However, the operation in Sana'a indicates a strategic shift, aimed at dismantling the group's missile infrastructure and weakening its military capabilities at its own center of power.
Security sources indicated that this attack reflects a growing effort by Israeli intelligence to map Houthi assets in Yemen in greater detail, after initially underestimating the threat.
With the increase in launches toward Israel and the insufficiency of U.S. pressure to stop them, Jerusalem has intensified its information gathering and its willingness to strike deeper within Yemen.
With this action, Israel seeks to send a clear message: Houthi attacks will not go unanswered and any infrastructure serving their military operations will be considered a legitimate target.
