Palestinian strikers threw stones at Israeli shepherds in the West Bank
Israel's security forces intervened and eliminated two terrorists
A violent incident that took place in the north of Ramallah, West Bank, has once again highlighted the constant threat of Palestinian terrorism in the region and the complex security dynamics faced by Israeli civilians.
According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), everything began when a group of Jewish shepherds was attacked with stones and slings by dozens of Palestinians near the town of Sinjil, resulting in two of them being injured.
The attack triggered a series of clashes that led to property damage, fires, and physical violence.

The situation escalated rapidly when improvised explosives were discovered hidden inside stone barriers, apparently placed with the intention of killing Israeli soldiers who might arrive at the scene. Fortunately, security forces managed to deactivate the devices without any casualties.
According to settler movement sources, left-wing Israeli activists were accompanying the Palestinians during the incident, which suggests possible prior coordination of the attack. Meanwhile, the official Palestinian agency WAFA stated that the objective of the action was to expel the shepherds and dismantle the farm.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health, controlled by Hamas, reported that two Palestinians died during the clashes, one of them a U.S. citizen, identified as Saif al-Din Kamel Abdul Karim Musallat.
Israeli authorities emphasize that this was a premeditated terrorist attack and deny the accusations of "pogrom" made by Palestinian leaders.
