Claeh released a bogus and false report on gender-based violence
The Latin American Center for Human Economy disseminated an alleged 'academic investigation' riddled with lies
Last Wednesday, July 16, a propagandistic event was held by ultra-radical feminists at the Legislative Palace.
Using a state-owned venue, funded by taxpayers' money, a group of radical feminists took over the facilities of the Legislative Palace to present an alleged "academic research."
The ultra event was organized by CLAEH (Centro Latinoamericano de Economía Humana), which considers itself a university, by the Embassy of the Netherlands, and by UN Women.
The venue chosen for the feminist propaganda event was a public building, instead of using a private site as would have been appropriate for a rally of crude ideological propaganda.

The idea was to establish the narrative that false reports of gender-based violence do not exist.
False academic research
The alleged "academic research" was led by the ultra-radical feminists Teresa Herrera, Soledad Suárez, Alicia Deus, and Natalia Fernández.
The supposed "academic research" was limited to a cut-and-paste of rulings from the Specialized Family Courts of Montevideo, and based on the data obtained, they concluded that false reports of gender-based violence against innocent men are "insignificant."
The "academic study" by the ultra feminists also states that they conducted some interviews and examined investigative files of criminal cases from the Prosecutor's Office.
It is unknown how they accessed the investigative files, since these are strictly confidential.
As is known, it is in the Specialized Family Courts of Montevideo where women's reports against men are processed, under the Gender Law, 19.580.
Methodological trap
The extremists who presented the "academic research" cheated. In the Specialized Family Courts in Montevideo, which are located on Rondeau Avenue near La Paz, no determination is made regarding the guilt of the accused man; instead, the acting judge establishes precautionary measures against the accused man.

The judge never states whether the report is true or false, they only impose precautionary measures. Although the report made by the woman may be outrageous, precautionary measures are still imposed on the man. Law 19.580 obliges the judge to impose such measures.
It is obvious that if the rulings of these courts are analyzed, there will never be one that determines that María's report against Pedro was false, since no determination is made regarding the truth or falsity of the report.
What the magistrate does is impose the precautionary measures indicated by Law 19.580.
The "academic research" is deceitful and malicious. Those who prepared the "report" know perfectly well that this is the case.
They disguise ultra-feminist propaganda with objective data and academic analysis.
They deceive people by stating that since there are no judges who say the report is false, these do not exist.
They lie; in the Specialized Family Court, various types of precautionary measures are taken against the accused man, and never will a judge in those courts state that a particular report is false, because that is not their role.
In the exceptional cases where the Specialized Family Court judge dismisses the report filed by a woman against a man, the magistrate simply files it away. But they do not say that "María's report against Pedro is false." They only file it away.
La Diaria in favor of radical feminism
On Wednesday the 16th, the pamphlet publicized the feminist event held at the Legislative Palace.
As always, the ultra-left pamphlet engages in propaganda, lies, and distorts, to impose a narrative that has nothing to do with reality.
The funding the pamphlet receives from abroad from international foundations, as already reported by La Derecha Diario, influences this deceitful narrative that repeats the falsehoods of ultra-radical feminism.
They deceive their readers and the general public by spreading an alleged "academic research," which is fake and deceitful, and which seeks to distort reality.

Furthermore, the "academic researchers" are radical feminists who receive subsidies from the NGOs in which they operate. Therefore, they are interested in promoting the lie that false reports of gender-based violence do not exist.
Those who led the alleged "academic research" are well-known radicals who for many years have received subsidies from various feminist NGOs. All Uruguayans pay for these subsidies with their taxes.
The ultra-left pamphlet has no scruples when it comes to establishing a false narrative and defending violent and anti-family feminism.
They serve lies, deceit, and misinformation.
