ATENEA: the Argentine satellite that reaches the lunar orbit
The satellite was developed in the country and selected from proposals from more than 50 countries
.ATENEA is a 12-unit (12U) CubeSat, designed to operate beyond Earth orbit and validate key technology for future space missions.
It will be deployed during Artemis II, the first manned flight to lunar orbit since the Apollo program.
