“She is analyzing it. It is her right, from a legal point of view,” the lawyer assured in a conversation with TN Show when asked about a potential legal action.

The lawyer explained that one of the points under analysis relates to the way in which the employment termination occurred following the incident that shook the network.
According to him, the termination was decided unilaterally and without respecting certain formal procedures that, in his view, should have been followed.
“The termination was unilateral. They let her go abruptly. That can be done, but it must be notified a month in advance through another means,” Burlando stated, hinting that there are elements that could lead to a legal claim.
Additionally, the lawyer revealed how Peña is coping with this difficult personal and professional moment. “She is very shaken and very affected”, he noted about his client's emotional state following the enormous fallout from the case.
