The Government of Javier Milei announced the deportation of at least 10,000 illegal immigrants since the National Directorate of Migration passed into the orbit of the Ministry of National Security.
This was reported by the Minister of National Security, Alejandra Monteoliva, through a post on the social network X, where the official communicated the data with a strong message: “REAL MIGRATORY CONTROL: 10,000 FOREIGNERS OUTSIDE”.
Along the same lines, he added: “The abuse is over. We ordered immigration. Foreigner who commits a crime or is illegal leaves. With a record, it doesn't fit. Clear rules. Firm decisions. Law and Order.”
The announcement comes within the framework of a broader strategy promoted by the administration of President Javier Milei, aimed at tightening border controls and reinforcing security policy linked to combating illegal immigration.

In a video released with the message, Monteoliva expanded the details of the operation: “10,000 foreigners who have been expelled, rejected or rejected since Migrations passed to the Ministry of Security. 4 months of firm decisions, clear rules, more border control,
and strict compliance with the law.”
“Whoever tries to enter irregularly or with a record does not enter. And the one who is here and commits a crime, outside. The lack of migratory control is over,” he
concluded.
The figures reported by the official include different categories of migration control, which include both effective expulsions and refusals at the border and inadmissions. This approach is part of a policy that aims to reinforce compliance with current regulations and prevent irregular entry into the country
. Migration operations.
Migratory operations In recent months, migratory
operations have intensified in the City of Buenos Aires and in the province of Buenos Aires, with the objective of identifying those immigrants in irregular situations, expelling or urging them to
regularize their situation as the case may be.
The central axis of this strategy is to deport foreigners who commit crimes and to prevent the entry of people with a record. Under this scheme, the Milei Government also advanced last year with an immigration reform that introduces structural changes to the
system.
The measures implemented include the modification of access to citizenship by naturalization and the obligation for illegal immigrants and temporary residents to pay for public health services.
With this set of measures, the Government of Milei seeks to consolidate a more serious migratory scheme aligned with international control standards, in a context where security and order appear as central axes of management.
