Tucker called the attack on the Iranian Islamic dictatorship “absolutely repugnant and evil.”
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, struck down the American commentator Tucker Carlson on Thursday after the latter recently described the attack against the Iranian theocracy as “absolutely repugnant and evil”.
“Tucker has lost his way,” Trump said Thursday to Jonathan Karl, a journalist for ABC News who uploaded the statements to his account on the social network X. These statements show that the US president has finally tired of Tucker's criticism.
“I've known that for a long time, and he's not MAGA. MAGA is saving our country. MAGA is making our country great again. MAGA is America first, and Tucker is nothing like that. And Tucker really isn't smart enough to understand that,” Trump said

The Carlson Debacle
Although the Republican Party and Trump chose to remain mostly silent about Carlson and his statements, the former Fox News anchor has also harshly criticized the White House on other issues, such as the Epstein files and the war in Ukraine.
Carlson's previous merits as a Trump supporter include numerous meetings with Trump in the White House and being one of the main speakers at the 2024 Republican National Convention.
However, the commentator has developed too favorable ties with Qatar, having recently traveled to Doha to interview Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani at a conference organized by the Qatari government itself. It is argued that his new connections with the Islamic world are what has made Tucker also become a staunch critic of Israel, a key ally of the United States in the Middle
East.
In addition to criticizing Carlson, Trump called the decision to launch a joint military operation with Israel on Iran a success. The president maintained that the Islamic regime has been “decimated for a period of 10 years before
they can rebuild it.” The American attacks liquidated Iranian supreme leader Khamenei.
