In her interview with Intrusos, Barbieri acknowledged that the news took her by surprise and affected her emotionally. "I felt a stomachache. That channel gave me five years of a lot of work and happiness", she commented with sadness.
Although she recognized that changes are frequent in her profession, she admitted that El Trece's decision left her in a complicated position. "I'm out of work because I couldn't schedule anything", she explained.

Barbieri claimed that she wasn't given advance notice and that it caused her problems. "I left everything because I was sure the show was going to continue", she stated.
Additionally, she emphasized that if she had known earlier about the end of Mañanísima, she could have accepted other offers. "They should have told me the show had ended. I ended up in a bad position with people who had proposed theater productions to me", she lamented.
