Agustina Cosachov denied everything after rumors of an intimate relationship with Diego Maradona.
Maradona's psychiatrist denied Ojeda's statements and asked to stop the media violence
Agustina Cosachov, Diego Maradona's psychiatrist, replied harshly to Verónica Ojeda's statements. The professional categorically denied having an intimate relationship with the Ten and pointed out the media violence.
Amid the trial over Maradona's death, Verónica Ojeda released compromising material. According to her version, it would prove that Cosachov had intimacy with the former footballer during his treatment.

Cosachov's strong statement on social media
The doctor chose her official Instagram account to give her version and make her stance clear. "The seriousness of the lie spread and the pain it causes forces me to speak THIS TIME," she wrote.
Cosachov was blunt: "I never had nor would I have any relationship other than doctor/patient". She added: "This applies not only to Maradona but to each of my patients."

What she said about the leaked chats
The psychiatrist explained that the messages correspond to a private and sarcastic conversation with a colleague. "That dialogue should never have been public. It can lend itself to misinterpretations, but it was informal and intimate," she stated.
Cosachov indicated that the chats are from November 2020, when the media talked about "a new woman" in Diego's life. "They later clarified it was the psychiatrist, but it was too late. That misinformation caused rumors that now return and are distorted," she affirmed.

A call for justice and respect
At the end of her statement, Cosachov pointed out the media violence and demanded a limit to public insults. "We can't continue normalizing humiliating language. This time, the pain is too great to remain silent," she concluded.
The professional made it clear that she is not willing to tolerate more unfounded attacks on her person or her relationship with Maradona.
