This afternoon Ángel De Brito set social media abuzz with breaking news. However, this time it was not about a famous or established figure, but about a journalist who has started to gain notoriety for curiously having all the scoops on China Suárez.

This is about Gustavo Méndez, who can be found on social media as @mecomprendezmendez. The man, who gained some notoriety after interviewing the former Casi Ángeles star on TV Pública, has a large number of accusations from his former employees for mistreatment and harassment, which were exposed in several posts made by Ángel De Brito on his official Instagram account.

In an initial chat that the leader of the angelitas had with the victims, the following can be read: "It makes me angry that he pretends to be religious and is such a scammer haha", referring to the man's devotion to saints and the Catholic Church, which he references in many of his posts.

"I also forgot to add: He loves to play the victim when he feels exposed and to generate pity from others. He may seem nice and you might even believe him at first, but when you get to know him a little, you see all the strings. A very diexcelledst and manipulative person, he loves to twist the story," another LAM informant stated.

"I had such a terrible time working with him, to the point that I had to speak with the executives of the company we were at on three occasions; the last time, I was crying in the car, determined to go in and resign. But then they listened to me, fortunately supported me, and told me not to leave because he was going to leave. 20 or 30 days later, he was already gone," another person reported in a message, about what would happen when the man was director of Revista Gente, a period in the media that Méndez seems to want to forget.

"When he left, they called us the 'Cuban kids' because he had isolated us from everyone in the newsroom and hardly let us talk to the rest of the magazines. However, whatever you need to know specifically, just ask me...," concluded the last message shared by Ángel, which uncovered a pot that seems to be just starting to boil.
