Just a few days before filming for the new season of MasterChef Celebrity begins, the first behind-the-scenes details of the competition have already been leaked. According to Ángel de Brito on LAM (América TV), one of the contestants reportedly had a strong confrontation with one of the judges and ended up leaving the set in tears.
The host said that the person at the center of the conflict was Marixa Balli, who apparently did not take well to some feedback during one of the first recordings. The situation caused a stir within the Telefe team and raised alarms ahead of the show's premiere.

"Our dear Marixa Balli... I'm told that on Friday she had a disagreement with one of the judges. I know the whole story but I'm not going to spoil it," said Ángel de Brito live on LAM. "She was basically bothered by the feedback and told him so," he added.
The journalist continued with more details about the tense moment. "One of Telefe's producers told me she left crying. Marixa clarified to me: 'Angelito, you already know I'm not going to cry over just anything, but yes, it did bother me,'" he said.
De Brito also hinted that it may not have been an isolated incident. "It seems there was another episode and a producer told me: 'Marixa left today crying and really upset, wearing a black apron.' I hope she's not the first to be eliminated," the host joked.
When does MasterChef Celebrity start
According to Telefe, the premiere of MasterChef Celebrity is scheduled for October 14. Expectations are high, as this edition will feature a very diverse cast from the entertainment industry, sports, and social media.
