Ángela Torres held nothing back. In the special on Luzu TV, in front of Nico Occhiato and with Marcelo Tinelli present, the singer took the opportunity to talk about an experience that still hurts her: her time on Bailando por un sueño in 2016.
It was Tinelli himself who opened the door. With a doubtful tone, he said he wanted to revisit something she had mentioned at another time and offered to settle any outstanding “bills.” Ángela didn’t hesitate for a second.
“Oh, well, Marce, you want to start with everything. Just so you know, I’m a little feisty, huh,” she replied right away. From then on, the atmosphere became tense, although always with that teasing tone that characterizes these encounters.
The singer explained that this time she wasn’t going to speak alone. She brought her boyfriend, Marcos Giles, to back her up. When Tinelli stood up and approached, Marcos threw in an irony about the host's age and hearing. Ángela immediately scolded him: “No, no, buddy, don’t shrink back.”
The confession no one expected
The most intense moment came when Ángela got straight to the point: “Well Marce, this is how it is. When I was on your show, I had a bad time.” Tinelli feigned surprise and asked if she was serious. She didn’t back down.
“Yes, buddy, I had a terrible time on your show. I’m telling you, I have no problem with that. But at that moment, on your show, when I had a bad time, it wasn’t because of what you said to me. It was because of what people around your show were saying to me,” she clarified firmly.
