ANSES will pay up to $322,200 for Unemployment Benefit before the end of the month: dates, amounts, and requirements

ANSES has confirmed that before the end of November it will pay up to $322,200 for the Unemployment Benefit. This is a benefit aimed at people who have been dismissed without cause and need financial support while searching for a new job.
The agency has reminded that the process must be started within 90 days after dismissal and can be done online or in person. The assistance provides temporary support to those who lost their jobs for reasons beyond their control.

Who can apply for the Unemployment Benefit?
ANSES has specified that the benefit is available to workers dismissed without cause, those whose employer went bankrupt, those whose contract was not renewed, or those with medical incapacity. The requirements depend on the type of employment:
Permanent workers
Have worked at least 6 months with contributions in the last three years.
Temporary or seasonal workers
Have worked less than 12 months in the last three years.
Prove more than 90 days of activity in the last year.

Construction workers
Have at least 8 months of contributions in the last two years.
In addition, applicants must present their DNI, CUIL certificate, and service certification issued by the employer.
How much is the bonus and how is it calculated?
The amount depends on previous income and the length of time worked with contributions. Starting in August 2025, these values apply:
Minimum amount: $161,100 (50% of the SMVM).
Maximum amount: $322,200 (100% of the SMVM).
The payment is credited every month and can last between 2 and 12 months. If the person is over 45 years old, the benefit may be extended for a longer period.

Payment dates: who receives payment before the end of the month
November deposits are made according to the last digit of the DNI:
DNI 0 and 1: November 20
DNI 2 and 3: November 25
DNI 4 and 5: November 26
DNI 6 and 7: November 27
DNI 8 and 9: November 28
If the process was recently approved, the payment will be deposited in the next available schedule.

Select "Unemployment".
Upload the required documentation.
Confirm the application.
