ANSESconfirmed that in December 2025 the payment of the Programa Hogar will continue, aimed at households that do not have access to natural gas.
The benefit is granted according to the criteria defined by the Secretariat of Energy, which evaluates the household's income and area of residence.

Programa Hogar requirements for December 2025
To receive the benefit, it is necessary to meet a series of conditions established by the Secretariat of Energy:
No member of the household can be the holder of a piped gas service.
Not be registered in the Social Gas Tariff.
Household income must not exceed two minimum wages ($626,800) nor correspond to categories higher than C of the monotributo.
If a person with a CUD resides in the home, the limit increases to three minimum wages ($940,200) or category D.
In Patagonian provinces, the limit rises to 2.8 minimum wages or category D. With CUD, the limit increases to 4.2 minimum wages or category E.
How much is paid for Programa Hogar in December 2025
The subsidy amount is defined by the Secretariat of Energy and varies according to:
The number of household members.
The geographic area of the residence.
The time of year, since additional seasonal payments are added in colder months.

Additional reinforcements
The benefit may increase in value in these situations:
Households located in cold zones covered by Law 27.637.
Families with more than five cohabitants.
Payments corresponding to December, within the period of reinforcements due to low temperatures.
Cold zones include: Tierra del Fuego, Santa Cruz, Chubut, Río Negro, Neuquén, La Pampa, the Patagones district and various localities of La Puna. It also covers municipalities in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza, San Juan, La Rioja, Santa Fe, Tucumán, and Salta.
