ANSES Home Program in April: why you might be excluded and how to solve it
Learn the reasons why you could be excluded from the ANSES Home Program and how to solve the problem
The ANSES Home Program is a state aid that subsidizes the purchase of gas cylinders for households without a connection to the natural gas network. However, many beneficiaries may be excluded from payment for various reasons.
If you didn't receive the payment or your benefit was suspended, here we tell you the main reasons why you might have been left out and what to do to solve it.

Reasons why you might be excluded from the ANSES Home Program
- Incorrect family data: errors in the family group information registered in ANSES can lead to the suspension of the benefit.
- Residence in Patagonia with higher income: for those living in this region, the limits are higher: 2.8 SMVM or 4.2 SMVM if there is a member with CUD. If the income exceeds these values, the payment will not be made.
- Outdated information in My ANSES: if the beneficiary meets the requirements but hasn't updated their data in the system, the payment might not be credited.
- Gas meter in the name of the holder: if the beneficiary is listed as the holder of a natural gas meter, the subsidy will not be assigned.
- Duplication of the subsidy within the same household: if another member of the family group already receives the Home Program, it will not be granted again.
- Family income above the limit: if the household income exceeds 2 SMVM, the benefit will not be granted. For families with at least one member with a registered Single Disability Certificate (CUD), the cap rises to 3 SMVM.
- Suspension due to lack of previous payments: if there were three consecutive unpaid installments, the subsidy will be automatically canceled.
- Availability of natural gas network: if your home is connected to the natural gas network, you will not be able to access the subsidy.

What to do if you don't receive the ANSES Home Program?
- If you have natural gas but not the active service: request a Certificate of Negative Network Gas Service from the corresponding company and present it at ANSES with an appointment.
- If your income exceeds the limit: check if you apply for a special exception. Go to an ANSES office with an appointment.
- If you live in the Patagonian Region and meet the income requirements: log in to My ANSES and update your data.
- If you are the holder of a gas meter: request the cancellation from the service provider to reapply for the program.
- If there are errors in the family group data: you can correct them at ANSES without an appointment.
- If another member of your family already receives the subsidy: you will need to regularize the situation by requesting an appointment.
- If you were canceled due to lack of payment: you can reapply from the ANSES website.
- If you meet all the requirements but don't receive the subsidy: check your status in My ANSES and submit the necessary documentation.
