The tension between Benjamín Vicuña and Mauro Icardi has reached a new chapter in recent hours. After the current boyfriend of China Suárez publicly questioned the Chilean actor's relationship with his children, the star of Secreto en la montaña decided not to respond with lengthy statements and shared a meaningful family image.

Through his social media, the Chilean actor posted a selfie with Magnolia and Amancio, the two children he had with Eugenia Suárez. In the photograph, the three appear embraced, smiling, and with their faces close together, in a scene of evident complicity.

Magnolia stood behind her father and rested her head on one of his shoulders, while Amancio snuggled up beside him. In the center of the image, the actor posed smiling with the children.

Although Vicuña did not include any direct reference to the conflict, the moment chosen to share the post did not go unnoticed. The post appeared after the accusations made by Icardi and was interpreted on social media as an indirect response to the questions about his fatherhood.

The controversy began with a post made by Mauro Icardi in his Instagram stories. There, the footballer questioned the actor's presence in the daily life of Magnolia and Amancio, who currently spend part of their time outside Argentina with their mother.

"When you play the victim on TV to defend an image that the facts do not support, something doesn't add up," he began to say.

"I, more than worrying that someone might 'steal' your bond with your children, which is clearly not the case, would be more concerned about trying to see them and be with them. More than that, I would be worried about whether they want to see you," he stated, accusing him of having a poor relationship with his younger children.

"If your children live abroad, the logical thing would be to want to make the most of every possible day with them, but of those almost 80 days, you could only be present for about 15 or 20. Then, in front of the cameras, the narrative is different," he concluded.
