Thiago Medina, former participant of Gran Hermano, showed remarkable improvement after several days in intensive care following his motorcycle accident.
His sister Camilota and his ex-partner Daniela Celis shared the news on social media with messages full of emotion and gratitude.
What happened to Thiago Medina
The young man remains hospitalized at Mariano y Luciano de la Vega Hospital, in Moreno, after the accident that occurred on September 12. He managed to come off mechanical ventilation and is now receiving oxygen through a high-flow nasal cannula.
Medical staff at the facility indicated that he is awake and connected with his surroundings, although his prognosis remains guarded.
His sister's message
Camilota shared a video in her stories where she thanked everyone for their prayers and support. "I felt like my soul returned to my body, my brother woke up and is talking. Thank you to everyone who has been there for us," she expressed, deeply moved.
