The scandal surrounds Morena Rial again after a car dealership accused her of breaching an advertising agreement. According to the owner of the business, Jorge Rial's daughter received a vehicle as part of a trade, but she refused to return it within the stipulated time, leaving the car in deplorable condition and accumulating unpaid fines.
The information came to light on LAM (América TV), where host Ángel de Brito interviewed Lucho, the owner of the affected dealership. According to his testimony, a couple of years ago, Morena approached his business, located on Beiró Street, with a proposal to make an advertising trade: she would promote the company on her social media in exchange for receiving a car for three days.
Initially, the influencer fulfilled the agreement, and the deal proceeded without issues. "We didn't usually lend cars, but at that time we were starting, and we thought it could be a good strategy", Lucho recounted. However, the problem arose when the loan period expired, and Morena refused to return the vehicle.

Amid the scandal, the young woman argued that she needed more time with the car due to her father's health situation, who suffered a cardiovascular accident during a vacation in Colombia. "She told us she had it stored, but then she completely disappeared", explained the businessman, who tried to contact her repeatedly without success.
Faced with the lack of responses, Lucho resorted to various means to recover the car. He contacted the media personality's lawyer, Alejandro Cipolla, but couldn't find a solution. In his desperation, he also tried to speak with Luis Ventura and even with Jorge Rial himself, who replied that his daughter "had to take responsibility for her actions."
How Fernando Burlando's successful intervention led to the recovery of the vehicle
After weeks of unsuccessful efforts, the businessman turned to lawyer Fernando Burlando, who managed to negotiate the return of the vehicle. However, when Lucho's uncle went to retrieve it, he encountered a new obstacle: Rocío Rial, Morena's sister, demanded payment for supposed repairs made to the car. "She showed us an invoice and said that if we didn't pay it, she wouldn't give it to us", the merchant reported.
Finally, they managed to recover the car without paying the claimed amount, but the vehicle's condition was deplorable. "It was missing parts, a door was dented, it was filthy, and we found chicken feathers in the trunk. We don't know what that was doing there, but it was a disaster", Lucho detailed.
