With an event at School No. 8 "Governor José Cubas," the province of Catamarca began the 2025 school year.
Following Milei's request that not a single day of classes be lost, the ceremony was attended by Governor Raúl Jalil, the Minister of Education, Dalmacio Mera, the Minister of Government, Justice and Human Rights, Nicolás Rosales, the Mayor of Valle Viejo, Susana Zenteno, and representatives of the educational community.
Renovated infrastructure for the start of classes
The event was held in a fully renovated building, where improvements were made in classrooms, hallways, and rooms, in addition to the installation of a roof in the sports area and various modifications to optimize the safety and comfort of students and teachers.
During his speech, Governor Raúl Jalil highlighted the importance of education in the current context and the need to adapt to new times.
"We live in a new era, with climate change, water scarcity, and advances in robotics and artificial intelligence. Education must join these processes," expressed the leader.
