In the run-up to Christmas, banks and digital wallets activated a battery of promotions to support the strong rebound in year-end consumption. There are direct discounts, refunds and interest-free installments designed both for gifts and for expenses for the Christmas table.
The discounts range between 10% and 40%, with specific cases that exceed those percentages. In several key segments, refunds reach $50,000 per transaction.

Which segments concentrate the greatest benefits
The promos are concentrated in shopping malls, clothing, toy stores, appliances and supermarkets, the most sought-after sectors before the Holidays. There are also advantages in gastronomy, perfumeries and online stores.
At the same time, the supply of interest-free installment financing grew, with plans ranging from 3 to 18 payments. Digital wallets are strongly pushing the use of QR and contactless payments.
