The cold remains strong in the AMBA this Wednesday, May 13. After several mornings with low temperatures and a wintry feel, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) anticipates that cool days will continue to dominate much of the week.
Although the cold air mass still remains over the center of the country, the weather is beginning to show some changes. The weather will remain stable, with sunshine, little cloud cover, and practically no chances of rain in the AMBA.

For this Wednesday, the SMN forecasts a cool day in the morning and milder in the afternoon. The minimum temperature is around 9 degrees, while the maximum will reach 16 degrees.
The sky will remain between partly cloudy and somewhat cloudy for much of the day. Additionally, the wind will blow lightly from the north and northeast, which will slowly help to moderate the cold of the past few days.
What’s happening with the polar cold and when will relief arrive
The circulation of cold air still dominates much of central Argentina, although the scenario is beginning to change gradually. Starting this Wednesday, the minimum temperatures will begin to rise slowly compared to the beginning of the week.

According to the extended forecast from the National Meteorological Service, Thursday will have a minimum of 10 degrees and a maximum of 18 degrees. On Friday, the temperature is expected to continue rising with readings between 10 and 21 degrees.
