The separation between Marcelo Tinelli and Guillermina Valdés, announced in May 2022, seemed to have ended on good terms for both. They always emphasized their willingness to maintain a cordial relationship, especially for the well-being of their son, Lorenzo, who was only 8 years old at the time of the separation.

However, in recent days, rumors have emerged indicating possible tension between them, caused by an economic disagreement that has put them back in the media spotlight.

According to the program Puro Show, the conflict would have erupted over the sale of an apartment in the exclusive Le Parc towers in Puerto Madero, owned by Tinelli, where Guillermina and her son lived before the separation from the host and until now.

The television host would have decided to part with the property and, to compensate his ex-partner, offered her a sum of money so she could acquire a property somewhat similar to the previous one. However, the amount offered would be well below the official real market value, which is why Guillermina would be claiming that sum.

This economic difference would have caused annoyance in Valdés, who considers that the amount is not enough to cover the costs of a similar property in the same area where they lived until now. Although the model has not publicly expressed herself on the matter, close sources assure that this disagreement has caused evident tension between them that has not yet escalated and become public.

Despite this situation, those close to them assure that both continue trying to preserve family harmony, especially for Lorenzo. The host and the businesswoman have shown remarkable maturity in the past in managing their relationship after the breakup, and this episode, although uncomfortable, would not have completely broken that dynamic they maintain for the child.

For now, everything indicates that they will try to solve their differences privately, without escalating the conflict to legal or public instances. Attention will be focused on how events unfold and if either decides to give their public version and clarify what happened.
