The former First Lady returned to the country and chose the diva's table for her major media comeback

Fabiola Yáñez returned to Argentina after a long period in Spain and her return is already generating repercussions. The former first lady decided to reappear on one of the most symbolic stages of local television: the table of Mirtha Legrand, on eltrece's screen. However, her presence will not come without prior conditions or without the shadow of her recent past in national politics.
Hours before her visit was officially confirmed, a judicial measure began circulating on social media and made it clear that the former first lady will have a very limited margin to talk about her life with Alberto Fernández.

The injunction that limits what she can say at the table
According to Estefanía Berardi, who shared a screenshot on her X account, the former president's lawyers notified the program's production team of a judicial resolution. That document establishes that Fabiola Yáñez can't refer to the ongoing judicial cases involving her former partner.
The restriction directly targets any mention of open cases against Alberto Fernández. The communication reportedly reached both the production company and the host herself, in order to make it clear that the interview must avoid any reference to those proceedings.
This way, Yáñez's reappearance on television will take place under an explicit legal framework: she may talk about her personal life, her role as former first lady, her time abroad, and her present, but not about the judicial matters surrounding the former president.
Alberto Fernández le impidió hablar a Fabiola Yáñez sobre sus causas
The information did not go unnoticed in the world of entertainment and politics. In recent weeks, Fabiola has made statements about her relationship with Fernández and about how she experienced her years at Quinta de Olivos. Now, that narrative will have a visible limit, set by the courts and communicated in advance to Mirtha's team.
When and with whom Fabiola Yáñez will appear on the program
The interview will air on Saturday, November 15, at 9:30 p.m. on eltrece, in a broadcast that promises high media impact. On that day, Mirtha Legrand will welcome a group of guests that combines figures from entertainment and political journalism, in a context of strong public exposure for all of them.
In addition to Fabiola Yáñez, Robertito Funes Ugarte will also sit at the table, a host and reporter who recently found himself at the center of attention due to incidents of aggression in public and media clashes. Journalist Claudio Savoia, a leading figure at Radio Rivadavia and TN, and Mariana Arias, journalist at La Nación and CNN Radio, both with experience covering political and judicial topics, will also participate.
