
Córdoba: family drug gang dismantled in El Tío and five people arrested
They sold marijuana from three residences and made home deliveries in the town of the San Justo Department
A drug trafficking gang composed of members of the same family was dismantled this Wednesday in the town of El Tío, Córdoba. After a six-month investigation, the Fuerza Policial Antinarcotráfico (FPA) arrested five people and shut down three drug sales points. Among those arrested are three men and two women.
The operations were carried out at residences located on Antonio Armando 200, Intendente Parmiguiani 200, and Pasaje Centenario 200. In all the raids, the Córdoba Police provided logistical support in the surrounding areas. The operations led to the seizure of drugs, cash, and items related to drug dealing.
Among the items seized were 576 doses of marijuana, three cannabis sativa plants, a digital scale, a motorcycle, and an unspecified amount of cash. Other items related to the sale of narcotics were also seized. The drugs were found thanks to the work of the investigators and the efforts of the drug-sniffing dogs.

They sold door to door and operated among family members
According to official information, the suspects sold marijuana from their homes and through delivery in the town. The main suspect acted together with his partner, his siblings, and a friend, forming a criminal network of a family nature. All those arrested were charged with violating National Narcotics Law No. 23,737.
The case is under the jurisdiction of the Narcotics Prosecutor's Office of San Francisco, Córdoba. All those arrested were transferred to the judicial headquarters after the completion of the procedures. At this time, it has not been reported whether new charges could be added to the investigation.
