A drug trafficking gang composed of members of the same family was dismantled this Wednesday in the town of El Tío, Córdoba. After a six-month investigation, the Fuerza Policial Antinarcotráfico (FPA) arrested five people and shut down three drug sales points. Among those arrested are three men and two women.
The operations were carried out at residences located on Antonio Armando 200, Intendente Parmiguiani 200, and Pasaje Centenario 200. In all the raids, the Córdoba Police provided logistical support in the surrounding areas. The operations led to the seizure of drugs, cash, and items related to drug dealing.
Among the items seized were 576 doses of marijuana, three cannabis sativa plants, a digital scale, a motorcycle, and an unspecified amount of cash. Other items related to the sale of narcotics were also seized. The drugs were found thanks to the work of the investigators and the efforts of the drug-sniffing dogs.
