The Córdoba Grain Exchange and its support for Milei because of the reduction of export duties
The Cordoban entity stated that it celebrates this moment 'in which Argentina's fiscal stability allows us to move toward a fairer and more efficient tax system.'
The Córdoba Grain Exchange joined the entities that highlighted the decision by Javier Milei's government to permanently lower export duties on agricultural products.
The measure, announced during the Palermo Rural Exhibition, received strong support from various rural entities.

It is worth noting that in his speech, the president announced a reduction in export duties on poultry and beef from 6.75% to 5%, on corn from 12% to 9.5%, on sorghum from 12% to 9.5%, on sunflower from 7.5% to 5.5% and 4%, on soybeans from 33% to 26%, and on soybean by-products from 31% to 24.5%.
The Exchanges highlighted the fiscal balance achieved by Milei in order to reduce Export Duties (DEX).

"This important decision is based on the need to guarantee the export capacity and international competitiveness of Argentine producers and companies in the face of an economic context that today allows for this tax relief. We know this is an effort but it is necessary. This measure represents a key step to improve the flow of foreign currency and boost the national economy," states a statement signed by the Córdoba Grain Exchange.
The other signatory entities are the Bahía Blanca Exchange, the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange, the Entre Ríos Grain Exchange, the Chaco Chamber of Commerce, the Rosario Chamber of Commerce, and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce.

"The Government has reaffirmed its commitment to eliminating distortionary taxes and this is an essential pillar for Argentina's growth and international projection," it adds.
