A criminal robbed a store but was run over by the owner's son-in-law.
Upon arriving at the business, the son-in-law observed two armed robbers committing the robbery against his father-in-law.
The growing wave of insecurity and the lack of effective responses from the Kirchnerist government of Axel Kicillof are leading citizens to take justice into their own hands, as demonstrated by a recent incident in Lomas del Mirador.
Last Wednesday, March 6, a violent robbery at a diaper store in Lomas del Mirador ended with the death of one of the criminals after being run over by the son-in-law of the store owner, who tried to stop the assailants' escape.
The events took place at the store "Pañalera Bebito Mimado," located at Lisandro de Latorre 552. According to Abel Leite, 30 years old, upon arriving at the scene, he observed two armed robbers committing the robbery against his father-in-law, Hugo Galer.
After stealing money and other goods, the criminals attempted to escape, but Leite, seeing the situation, got into his VW Amarok truck and began to chase them.

In his attempt to stop the violent criminals, Leite maneuvered his vehicle, managing to reach the suspects, who, after the impact, continued their escape on foot.
The chase continued to the intersection of Carlos Tejedor and Ogorman, where one of the criminals, feeling cornered, stole a motorcycle.
It was at that moment when Leite struck both the thief and the motorcyclist. The impact caused the death of Diego Galizzi, one of the thieves, while the motorcyclist, Javier Krisco, suffered multiple injuries, although his life is not in danger.
This incident, which reflects the growing climate of insecurity in the province, highlights the lack of responses from Kicillof's Kirchnerist government in controlling crime.
The investigation, led by the Homicide UFI of La Matanza, has classified the case as "aggravated robbery with the use of a firearm," "concealment," "homicide," and "injuries." Despite the incident, so far, prosecutor Adrián Arribas has not taken action against Leite.
