The off-duty officer defended himself by shooting at the strikers and shot down the violent underage criminal, while his accomplices escaped. Besides the deceased thief, there were no arrests.
The episode occurred in San Justo, when the officer, after leaving a pharmacy, was approached by four thieves. With a replica weapon and on motorcycles, they tried to overpower him, not anticipating that their victim was armed.
