Daniel Mollo harshly criticized Herrón during the match with Tigre
The partisan commentator expressed his dissatisfaction with the choices made by Boca's interim coach in the last match of the Torneo Apertura
The journalist supportive of Boca, Daniel Mollo, launched harsh criticisms toward Mariano Herrón, the current interim coach of the first team, following the recent performances of Xeneize. In his program "Boca de Selección," he targeted the tactical decisions in the match against Tigre and the alleged personal connections that, according to him, influence the choice of starting players.
With his characteristic direct style, Mollo held nothing back: "Stop experimenting, Herrón has already experimented. Herrón's number 1 merit is that he is a neighbor of Cristian Riquelme, so if he's a neighbor, have nice weekends, enjoy it, like I do with my neighbor and friend Gulio".

"Don't manage the most important institution in the world and much less make these blunders to please the management and put Janson in place of Merentiel because Janson is represented by your friend's agent. Don't do that, manage Boca with conviction, put the best players", the commentator fired.
Mollo also questioned Alan Velasco's starting position and his high market cost, suggesting that he is not yet ready to be a starter. "Velasco is not worth 10 million dollars anywhere in the world, so let him play in the reserves until he earns the starting position, when he gains the football rhythm, but don't try to please anyone", he concluded.

Mollo's words reflect the climate of tension and impatience that Boca is experiencing. At a time when the management, led by Juan Román Riquelme, continues the search for a coach before the Club World Cup.
