The Trump Department of Justice, by order of the United States Attorney General, Pam Bondi, dismissed late this Wednesday Democratic prosecutor and activist Maurene Comey, daughter of the FBI director during the Obama era, James Comey.
Maurene, assigned to the Manhattan federal office, had been the star prosecutor in the cases against pedophilesJeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and rapper Sean "P Diddy" Combs, the latter acquitted of the most serious charges thanks to Comey's poor judicial work.

Responsible for keeping the Epstein files from coming to light
In 2017, the entertainment site Radar Online urged the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to release to the public the 11,000 files it held from the investigation conducted into the pedophilia network led by financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The FBI refused to disclose these documents and the case ended up being litigated last year, with judge of the case Paul Gardephe, appointed by former president George W. Bush in 2004, ultimately siding with keeping them secret.
The reason? Prosecutor Maurene Comey's opposition, who submitted the only statement in the case arguing that these files should remain hidden, citing reasons of "judicial interference" that could affect Ghislaine Maxwell's conviction appeal.
It is worth remembering that the only convicted individual in this case, which involves hundreds of victims trafficked by Epstein for his powerful clients, is the socialiteGhislaine Maxwell, sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2021.

The corruption of Obama's FBI
Maureneowed her position as a federal prosecutor in Manhattan to her father, who was FBI director during all of Obama's second term and one of his closest allies.
Currently, Comey is under investigation by the same agency he led for having provided false statements to Congress in his attempt to establish by Obama's order that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election in favor of Trump.
In April, Obama's ally was also investigated by federal forces for having threatened President Trump on his social media by posting the phrase "8647," numbers that symbolize a call to assassinate the current president.
