Nicolás Maduro's dictatorship arrested and kidnapped another Argentine in Venezuela.
The victim's name is Germán Darío Giuliani and the news was revealed by Diosdado Cabello himself
The regime of Nicolás Maduro reported the kidnapping of another Argentine citizen. The person responsible for communicating the news was Diosdado Cabello, considered the "number two" of Chavismo.
The person detained by the regime is named Germán Darío Giuliani and the specific accusations that the Venezuelan dictatorship attributes to the new victim are still unknown, although his situation adds to that of the gendarme Nahuel Gallo, who has been missing since December 8 after traveling to the Caribbean country to spend the holidays with his family.
According to his social media profiles, Giuliani is a lawyer specializing in criminal and labor law. On May 5, he posted photos at a restaurant located in the state of Anzoátegui, a region in eastern Venezuela that borders the Caribbean Sea. On April 23, he also shared a video recorded in front of the Jaque Mate clinic in the same area.

The posts indicate that, unlike the gendarme Gallo, Giuliani was not arrested upon entering Venezuela, but had already been in the country for several weeks, at least since mid-April.
The political persecution of Chavismo
"Look for this innocent one in Argentina, look for him," Diosdado Cabello simply stated when confirming the detention and kidnapping of the Argentine lawyer Germán Darío Giuliani.
The apprehension coincided with the arrest of Juan Pablo Guanipa, one of the main collaborators of opposition leader María Corina Machado, on the eve of the regional and parliamentary elections to be held next weekend in Venezuela.
Cabello accused most of those detained in the last few hours of being involved in alleged "terrorist" acts aimed at "sabotaging the electoral process."

On his LinkedIn profile, Giuliani describes himself as a lawyer leading a law firm composed of professionals specialized in the areas of criminal, labor, civil, commercial, and family law.
"I have worked in campaigns integrated by large financial entities such as Banco Santander Rio, La Banca Nacional de Laboro, Hexagon Bank, and HSBC and have been recognized with several awards during my career," he states in his presentation.
The Government of Javier Milei is closely following Giuliani's situation, following the announcement made by one of the top Chavismo figures, amid an increase in political persecution just hours before the elections. "We are already notified and have started working. They are getting worse every day and we are considering making more drastic decisions," expressed a source from Casa Rosada, who requested anonymity, in a conversation with Infobae.
