The commerce employees also received an extraordinary bonus of $50,000, called Unique Non-Remunerative Sum – Review 2026.

What additional payments can increase the salaries of commerce employees
The values of the agreement scale do not necessarily match the final amount received by each worker. The pay stub may include various additional payments depending on the category and employment situation.
Attendance Bonus: when the conditions set by the agreement are met.
Seniority: equivalent to 1% for each year worked and applies to both remunerative and non-remunerative amounts.
Overtime: when the corresponding workday is exceeded.
Cash Handling: for those who perform cashier duties.
Commissions or other bonuses: when applicable according to the activity or position.
For this reason, two commerce employees belonging to the same category may have different remuneration.
