A Programr Donated an Unbelievable Sum of Money to Wikileaks
Under the pseudonym 'Hu Lezhi,' he donated around two million dollars in Ethereum to investigate the EPL
A pseudonymous programr known as "Hu Lezhi" donated 2 million dollars in Ether (ETH) to WikiLeaks, along with an on-chain message alleging that the Chinese military is using brain-computer nanochips to control citizens.
According to a translated message from February 17, Lezhi claimed that "brain-computer chips" have been deployed on a large scale for military purposes, and that all military powers use base stations, radios, and these chips to control people.
Additionally, the programr claimed to have been a victim of this type of "brain-computer weapons" since birth, stating that he has lost all his human dignity and has decided to leave this world, hoping for humanity to be destroyed.

Lezhi also accused two hedge fund executives at Kuande Investment, a firm known as WizardQuant, of using similar technologies to control their employees.
The executives in question, Feng Xin, co-founder and risk director, and Xu Yuzhi, the company's investment director, were specifically mentioned in Lezhi's message. Some media outlets attempted to contact WizardQuant, but received no response at that time.
The programr, who describes himself as an "ordinary programr," first alerted WikiLeaks on February 10 about a new type of crime in which the victim is deprived of their senses until they become a "complete slave of the digital machine". According to his message, this is a new form of control that would affect people without them being aware of their situation.

Regarding the transactions made, Lezhi sent a total of 711.5 Ether to WikiLeaks between February 10 and 17, through five transfers.
The majority, 591.6 Ether, equivalent to approximately 1.6 million dollars, was sent on February 17 at 7:13 am. Additionally, Lezhi sent 603 Ether (1.65 million dollars) to the Ethereum burn address, with on-chain messages similar to those sent to WikiLeaks.
He also transferred 700 Ether to a wallet address known as "ndao.eth" and 33 Ether to an unknown address of a "Grant Provider."
In total, Lezhi moved 2,047 Ether, which is equivalent to nearly 5.6 million dollars, during these days of activity. Since then, he hasn't made any more transfers from his Ethereum address "0x1a19".

Regarding WizardQuant, the company was founded in 2014 and has offices in Shanghai and Beijing. It specializes in using quantitative investment strategies for research and trading in stock, futures, and options markets.
The mentioned executives, Feng Xin and Xu Yuzhi, are prominent figures within the firm, although they haven't commented on the accusations made by Lezhi.
This case has drawn attention due to the controversial nature of Lezhi's claims, which involve strong accusations of massive population control through advanced technologies, and the significant amount of funds transferred to WikiLeaks and other addresses.
While Lezhi's claims haven't been fully verified, the incident has reignited the debate on technology control, privacy, and surveillance in China, topics that continue to be discussed in the digital age.
