
CABA election results: what time the winners will be announced
The election for legislators in Buenos Aires City is beginning to yield results
This Sunday, May 18, the citizens of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires go to the polls to elect new representatives and thus renew half of the legislative seats in Buenos Aires. In total, 30 seats are contested and 17 different lists are participating.
The Autonomous City of Buenos Aires is holding the 2025 legislative elections this Sunday, May 18, and according to the Buenos Aires electoral justice, the preliminary results will be available before 9 PM. The use of the single electronic ballot (BUE) will significantly speed up the counting process.

With 77% of the votes counted, La Libertad Avanza, led by Manuel Adorni, is in first place with 30.10%. Leandro Santoro, from Es Ahora Buenos Aires (Kirchnerism), is in second place. Finally, the PRO's officialdom appears in third place with just over 15%.

Manuel Adorni leads the election with 30.19% of the votes. In second place is Peronism, represented by Leandro Santoro, who obtains 27.49%.
More behind is PRO, which ran national deputy candidate Silvia Lospennato, with just over 15%, far from the top two

HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE
The City Electoral Tribunal confirmed 3,040,316 voters. Of that total, 2,516,276 are Argentinians and 524,040 are foreigners.
