Ricardo Darín and his wife, Florencia Bas, live in a distinguished property located in the traditional Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo. The house, built in 1938, retained its period structure but was elegantly adapted to contemporary lifestyle.
The couple acquired the house more than twenty years ago and, since then, transformed it into a space that fused the classic with the modern. Original details stand out, like its facade and large windows, which allowed abundant natural light to enter.
The interior reflects a sober and current aesthetic. The main room is furnished with modern furniture in dark tones, complemented by warm lighting. With wooden floors that provide a sense of harmony and warmth throughout the environment.

Modern spaces with touches of functional design
The kitchen, completely renovated, offers a perfect combination of design and functionality. State-of-the-art equipment, a versatile central island, and furniture that mixes wood and stainless steel define its modern and elegant style.
