Fabián Cubero reignited the legal battle with Nicole Neumann: why did he file a complaint against her?
The former player filed a new complaint against the model for failing to comply with the communication arrangement with his daughters
Fabián Cubero and Nicole Neumann are once again at the center of attention due to a new chapter in their already extensive history of legal disputes.
This time, the conflict was reignited by a complaint filed by the former footballer against the model after her recent trip to Europe with two of their daughters, Allegra and Sienna.
According to Ángel de Brito on LAM (América Tv), Cubero submitted a document to the court accusing his ex-wife of violating the communication arrangement that had been previously agreed upon and ratified.

The specific reason: not returning to the country on the stipulated date, which would have prevented the former Vélez Sársfield player from spending the winter break with his daughters.
"The mother's decision has prevented my client from exercising his legitimate right to spend the winter break with his daughters," states the document, submitted by Cubero's attorney and read on the program. The case was classified as "incident of communication with the children".
In this context, the document also requests that the court impose sanctions on Neumann and revoke her current authorization to leave the country.

It is even requested that, from now on, the presentation of round-trip tickets be required as a prerequisite for any international travel with the minors.
It should be noted that Nicole, her husband Manu Urcera, and the girls Allegra and Sienna participated in the trip to Europe, while Indiana, the eldest daughter, chose not to accompany them and instead went on a getaway with friends to the north of the country. The teenager keeps a distant relationship with her mother, to the point of having decided to move in with Cubero some time ago.
Meanwhile, Neumann recently spoke about her relationship with her ex-husband and was blunt: "I no longer have any hope of reconciling," she confessed in early July in an interview with De Brito for the streaming program Ángel Responde (Bondi Live).
With that statement, she made it clear that, nearly a decade after their separation, which occurred in 2017, the possibility of a cordial relationship between them is completely ruled out.
