In the message that accompanied the post, he stated: "The struggle and activism of several generations of women will be reflected today in the Chamber of Deputies. In the chamber, the deputies will once again make history. #SeraLey". The context was the vote that would ultimately lead to the approval of the bill in Congress.

This background contrasts with the current situation of the Kirchnerist leader, who was detained this Tuesday, August 4, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano.

Moyano, a former national deputy and son of the union leader Hugo Moyano, was apprehended by City Police after a violent episode with his partner, the model and influencer Candela Arizaga.

According to official information, neighbors in the area made a call to 911 upon noticing a loud argument and a fight in public. According to reports, the woman managed to escape semi-naked from the union leader's apartment and screamed for help, prompting immediate police intervention.

After the operation, the Justice intervened and prosecutor Julián Pistone ordered the detention of Moyano. The charges against him include assault and unlawful deprivation of liberty, as part of an investigation that is in its initial stage.

The former legislator was transferred and is being held at the 13 A Neighborhood Police Station of the City Police, where he remains while the corresponding judicial proceedings are carried out.

During the operation, searches were conducted and the review of security cameras in the area was ordered to reconstruct the sequence of events.

The case remains under investigation, with measures aimed at clarifying what happened and determining responsibilities. Meanwhile, the episode generates controversy over a new case of a "feminist ally" who ends up being investigated for violence.
