A few days ago, Burlando was asked his opinion on Morena Rial's nightlife outings amid her legal situation of being part of a criminal gang, and the lawyer had said that due to her release, the influencer could go out at night.
"She has other types of obligations and those obligations, obviously, are really being fulfilled and will be fulfilled by Morena, because obviously, her goal is to continue with this provisional freedom situation," Burlando had said.

It was reported that Morena submitted a document to the Justice in which she blamed Burlando for not attending the assessments or psychological treatment, citing communication problems.

The Prosecution requests her detention
Prosecutor Patricio Ferrari requested the detention of Morena Rial after she failed to comply with the conditions imposed by the judge. She did not attend the psychological and psychiatric assessments, did not start the mandatory treatment, and did not appear every 15 days before the Justice, as required.
"The judge has already warned the prosecutor that if he requested the detention, it would be granted. Ferrari has already made the formal request, so if the judge decides to revoke the extraordinary release, Morena could be detained in the coming hours," judicial sources indicated.
The legal future of Morena Rial is uncertain, and her return to prison seems increasingly likely.
