The judiciary requested his international arrest and released his photo so that citizens could recognize him

Amid the secrecy surrounding the investigation into the brutal murder of Brenda del Castillo (20), Morena Verdi (20), and Lara Gutiérrez (15) in a house in Florencio Varela, the first image of Victoriano "Tony" Janzen Valverde, alias "Pequeño J", the young drug trafficker accused of being the mastermind, has emerged in recent hours.

The judiciary has issued a national and international arrest warrant for him and his alleged accomplice, Matías Agustín Ozorio (28), who is believed to be his right-hand man in the criminal organization. Authorities state that Valverde is the leader of a drug trafficking structure with international ties and an extreme logic of violence. "He has no code. Disciplining with blood is part of his manual," sources close to the case warned.

The face behind the horror

At this time, "Pequeño J" is the most wanted man in the country. The decision to make his image public aims to speed up his capture. The photo, which is part of the judicial file, was obtained after a raid on a bunker in the Barracas neighborhood of Buenos Aires. At the scene, police found homemade electrified traps and a handwritten message addressed to the officers: a veiled threat, typical of the drug trafficker who built his reputation on terror.

Valverde was born in La Libertad, Peru, and since his teenage years, he is believed to have started his path in drug trafficking. His leadership skills, combined with early brutality, quickly positioned him as the head of a criminal cell. For investigators, he was the one who devised the macabre ambush with which the three young women from Ciudad Evita were lured with the promise of a party.

According to the judiciary's reconstruction, the victims were taken to a house in Florencio Varela where they were beaten, tortured, and murdered. The sequence, far from remaining clandestine, was broadcast live through a closed Instagram group, which reinforces the hypothesis that it was a mafia message to discipline members of his network who might have betrayed him.

The level of premeditation, the coldness with which they acted, and the cruelty of the act shocked even the most experienced investigators. "It wasn't a crime of impulse. It was an execution for internal control purposes. A settling of scores intended to instill fear," the prosecutor's office explained.
