Flights in Argentina: the government eliminated bureaucracy and improved slot allocation

Resolution 567/2025 introduces changes to airline permits, digitizes processes, and establishes new rules for slot allocation for flights in Argentina

The national government, through the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC), has launched a new deregulation and simplification scheme for regular, non-regular, and special flights. According to Resolution 567/2025, published in the Official Gazette, companies must report their operations by email, with no need for prior authorization. If the authority doesn't respond within the established period, the flights will be automatically authorized. From the Transport Secretariat, officials stated that the measure aims to reduce administrative costs, provide predictability to companies, and guarantee greater safety for passengers.
