Four Palestinian women died on Wednesday night after an Iranian attack, after missile fragments hit a women's hairdresser in the city of Beit Awwa, southwest of Hebron, in the West Bank.
The event marks a significant change in the impact of the attacks in the area, where until now there have been no fatalities.
The information was confirmed by the Palestinian Red Crescent and press reports, while the official agency of the Palestinian Authority, Wafa, explained that the victims were inside the beauty salon when it was hit by fragments of an Iranian missile.

Thirteen other people were reportedly injured in the same incident, one of them in critical condition. Wafa explained that the wreckage of the missile directly hit the site, while additional fragments fell at different points in the Hebron governorate
